Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Asia: 3-8 days

We work with reliable carriers worldwide to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All of our orders are handled professionally by our logistics team in our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
Shipping origin
To maintain strict quality control and reduce unnecessary logistics, most Hansker Design orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We sometimes fulfil products from our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, depending on availability of the products.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in detail. All of our orders include detailed tracking.
Customs, duties & taxes
For most destinations, no additional customs fees are charged. However, depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties or local taxes may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
